We are a school that provides an exciting and challenging learning experience for pupils aged 2½ to 19 who have severe and profound learning difficulties.  

We currently have a vacancy for: 

TEACHER – full-time

Salary range MPS/UPS (£24,373 - £40,490)

SEN1 - £2,209

NQT will be considered

Start - April 2020 (September 2020 would be considered)

 

We are seeking to employ a well-organised, creative and committed class teacher for our school. Glyne Gap School serves 110 learners from 2 to 19 years who have a range of needs including severe learning difficulties, autism and profound/multiple learning difficulties. 

 The successful candidate will be part of a thriving Special School that was judged outstanding in its last Ofsted inspection (July 2019).  Our school is a friendly place where ALL are respected and where  children’s learning and wellbeing is the   basis of all we do.

 The school is fortunate in having an exceptional staff who have high professional standards and who enjoy very good relationships.  Induction, support and opportunities to develop personally and professionally are available.
